
Was my card charged twice
If you see two charges, this could be due to a failed attempt at an order. If you try your order and it is denied by your bank (incorrect billing zip/3 digit code mismatch/etc) you may see a pending or processing charge. This is where your bank has put a hold on the amount. We reverse those transactions automatically so the time it takes for that to reappear in your account depends on your banking institution. This can take anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days.
